Pricing
iPaaS pricing in 2026: published prices, reported costs and renewal uplifts
iPaaS pricing is mostly quote-based. Of the four platforms below, only MuleSoft (an entry package from $2,000 a month) and Boomi (Pay-As-You-Go at $99 a month plus $0.05 per message) publish a price (MuleSoft pricing page; Boomi Pay-As-You-Go page, checked on 2026-10-03). Everything else comes from what buyers report: median annual spend runs from about $14,800 for Celigo to about $68,700 for MuleSoft (Vendr: Celigo; Vendr: MuleSoft, checked on 2026-10-03), and renewals add 3 to 24% a year depending on the vendor and the source.

Four pricing models, four different risks
The platforms meter different things, and that shapes how a bill grows.
- Capacity (MuleSoft vCores, now Mule Credits). You pay for headroom. The risk is committing to more than you use.
- Consumption (Workato tasks, Boomi messages). You pay for activity. The risk is a renewal re-based on growth you did not forecast.
- Connections (Boomi editions). You pay per endpoint and environment. The risk is non-production environments billed like production.
- Endpoints and flows (Celigo). You pay for the shape of the estate. The risk is premium connectors that rival the base fee.
Knowing which model you are on tells you which number to gather before a renewal: utilisation, consumption by integration, or an inventory of connections and flows.
Renewals are where cost moves
List prices change rarely; renewals change every term. Reported uplifts range from a 3.5% lock on multi-year Boomi deals (checkthat.ai: Boomi pricing, checked on 2026-10-03) to 24.05% year over year for SMB Workato customers (SpendHound: Workato pricing, checked on 2026-10-03). Outside these four platforms, VendorBenchmark reports TIBCO list increases averaging 18 to 27% since the Cloud Software Group acquisition, with renewal quotes 15 to 30% above the prior term (VendorBenchmark: TIBCO pricing, checked on 2026-10-03). For webMethods, rfp.wiki reports that post-acquisition contract changes "created sharp cost increases for some customers", without a percentage (rfp.wiki: webMethods, checked on 2026-10-03); we found no source we could verify for a specific figure, so we do not quote one.
How to use these numbers
- Start from your own contract value; reported medians are only a sanity check.
- Apply the uplift you were actually quoted, or the reported range if you have no quote yet.
- Add the one-off cost of moving before comparing platforms; switching is never free.
- Check support deadlines: a runtime or product reaching end of support can force the decision earlier.
